Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. Color is encouraged, but not required! :) Most importantly, wear something you will be comfortable in. The venue and events of the day will be both indoor/outdoor (weather permitting), so keep that in mind!

Where and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab of our website. You will be able to select meal preferences when you respond. We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at Portico by 4pm.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be available to take guests from the hotels to Portico. Shuttles will also be available after the reception to take everyone back to the hotels & after-party.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking available at Portico. If you are staying at the hotels, please plan to take the shuttle so we can save parking spaces for guests who are not staying overnight. Guests will have to park on a separate road within the arboretum and walk up to the venue. We also recommend ubering/getting dropped off instead of driving. Parking Instructions: Upon entering the arboretum you should follow signs for the Cope House/Station Road. There will be a parking attendant from Portico directing guests to parking on Station Road. Once parked, the staff will direct you towards the entrance to the Cope House and ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids, but our wedding will be adults only. We hope you can enjoy the night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are unable to extend invites for plus ones unless otherwise indicated on your wedding invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking available at the hotels?

Answer

Yes. Both hotels have parking garages with valet parking. Windsor: The parking garage is located next to the Windsor at 110 N 17th St. Sonesta: The parking entrance is located next to Sonesta at 1800 Market Street.
