It was a modern romance. It all started at a ceramics class but Aaron didn't know it. Laura thought he was a hottie with a SpongeBob shirt and chucks (not to mention the BEARD), but was too much of a chicken shit to say anything. Once both of them lived in Iowa City, Laura and Aaron finally connected. Their first date was at a local coffee shop. They hit it off talking about music and life. Their second date was at Deadwood and everything aligned. Many more nights at Deadwood and Gabe's bullshitting about life and politics it was decided that Laura would live with Aaron and Nate. Not the best set up but Nate got a lot of free food out of it and an extra iPhone charger. Aaron got offered a pottery apprenticeship in the rural Appalachian mountains of Virginia. They lived there for a loooooooong year and a half. During that time they decided to get the government involved in their relationship and wanted to get married. After realizing Appalachia was not for them they decided to move back to Iowa City where they now call it home.
