We're Getting Married!

That was the question in early 2020 when the pandemic influenced most all of us. Marcela and Kenny's lives and adventures were put on hold as social distancing became the new norm. After weeks of quarantine, both found themselves wanting a partner. But how does someone date during quarantine? With no body out and about to meet, both took to dating apps to try and find their partner. After a few days of talking back and forth, Kenny finally convinced Marcela to go on a date! With almost no restaurants open at the time, Kenny asked Marcela to go on an in-town hike around Morningside Nature Preserve. They met, walked all over the area, and talked non-stop. After hiking every single trail, Kenny led Marcela next to the river and pulled out two ice-cold Coronas (which happened to be Marcela's favorite beer). They talked more and more, finding out they had even more in common than they already thought! After the last drop of beer was drank, Kenny didn't want the date to end. He asked to take her to the only restaurant in the area that was open and get some tacos (one of Marcela's favorite foods). After talking even more, there had to be a second date. And a third, and fourth, and eventually a wedding! So get ready to party with the bride and groom and be part of the next chapter of their lives!
