We generally recommend using Uber or public transit to travel around Toronto. Walking or streetcar can also be an option, depending on where your accommodation is located. Due to construction and street closures in the downtown core, we recommend planning for delays if you're driving/Ubering in the area (particularly King Street and Queen Street, between Yonge Street and University Avenue). We recommend allocating approximately 45 minutes to get from the ceremony to the reception. CEREMONY: Trinity College Chapel is located in downtown Toronto, on the University of Toronto main campus. Use the main entrance to the college located on Hoskin Avenue. To enter the chapel first enter into the main building, and turn left. Chapel doors will be at the end of the hallway. RECEPTION: The Toronto Hunt is located on the Scarborough Bluffs, on the east side of Toronto near The Beaches. Enter the ground through the front gates on Kingston Rd. and continue down the drive to the main building. Use the main entry underneath the portico. WELCOME DRINKS: The Hamptons restaurant is located in the Little Italy neighbourhood of downtown Toronto, west of Trinity College. Please enter through the front.
CEREMONY: Parking on the premises is not available, but there is both street and lot parking nearby. The nearest will be on Summit Street, and in lots adjacent to Jarvis Hall and Seabury Hall. RECEPTION: Limited parking is available on the premises. Additional parking may be available near by on Courcelette Rd. and in lots off of Kingston Rd. WELCOME DRINKS: Parking on the premises is not available, but there is both street and lot parking nearby.
For guests traveling in ahead of time, please see the "Travel Guide" page for our suggestions on things to do in T.O. We encourage everyone to explore and enjoy! PRE-WELCOME DRINKS: Please note that dinner will not be served at the welcome drinks, so we suggest that guests eat prior to the event. Please see the "Travel Guide" page for suggestions. BETWEEN CEREMONY & RECEPTION: Hotel suggestions listed in the "Travel Guide" are all located between the ceremony and reception, in case you would like to return to your accommodations. There are also great bars and restaurants nearby if you're looking for a drink or snack pre-party! Queen's Park and the Philosopher's Walk are beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy near the university campus.
Although we love children, we regret that we will not be able to include them in our wedding day unless they are part of the wedding party.
We ask that you please RSVP all events by June 24th, 2024. Please see "RSVP" page.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2pm.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged", but guests are welcome to take photos before and after the ceremony occurs. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us! Kennedy: (646)-689-2079, kennaphill8@gmail.com Michael: (917)-817-8893, michaelchambers.j@gmail.com
