Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony is taking place at Baker Memorial Chapel at 4PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023. 631 Park Street, Saranac Lake, NY. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception will be taking place at Hotel Saranac starting at 5:00 PM. 100 Main Street, Saranac Lake, NY.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

May 26, 2023: Transportation will be provided from the Hotel Saranac to the Welcome Party at the Saranac Waterfront Lodge and back. May 27, 2023: Transportation will be provided from the Hotel Saranac to the ceremony and back.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both taking place indoors. There is a balcony with fire pits and a seating area at the reception that will be available.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Parking is available and complimentary at both the chapel and reception.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What is the attire?

Answer

Black-tie optional. Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.
