When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can finalize our arrangements. You can respond using the RSVP section of this website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, we are asking all of our favorite people to dress-up with us in formal attire (suit and tie for men, mid- floor length dresses, etc.) with the option to wear black tie. Color encouraged!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October in Napa Valley typically features warm, sunny days with highs around 75-80°F and cool evenings with temperatures dropping to around 50-55°F. We recommend bringing layers for the evening events, especially as dinner will be served outdoors under the stars.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have arranged shuttle transportation between the designated hotels and the wedding venue. Detailed shuttle schedules will be provided closer to the wedding date. If you're staying outside of Calistoga, please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Is Ride Share (Uber/ Lyft) an option to use in the valley?

Answer

Yes! Both Uber and Lyft are available in Napa Valley. Although ride share services do exist, they tend to be unreliable and have a limited number of drivers. You may experience longer wait times, particularly in the evenings.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding celebration an adults-only event. We hope this gives all parents an opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening. If you need assistance finding childcare options in the area, please let us know.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity constraints, we can only accommodate those guests named on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please indicate any special requirements when you RSVP so we can inform our caterers.
