Yes! We have a limited number of room blocks for our guests at the 'Hampton Inn by Hilton, New Paltz' and additional rooms at a discounted rate at 'Americas Best Value Inn, New Paltz'. Please visit the travel tab for additional lodging and travel details.
The dress code is Garden Formal. Think maxi or cocktail dress (bonus points for showing off your best floral patterns and fun, bright colors!), and a suit (with or without a tie) is perfectly acceptable. The ceremony will be outside on the grass. Please choose attire and footwear accordingly (block-style heels, ladies).
We have opted out of a shuttle since our guests will be staying in different hotel locations across New Paltz. There is on-site parking at the venue and taxi service from New Paltz. Please make transportation arrangements in advance to ensure you arrive at the venue by 5:00 pm. We encourage using Uber/Lyft if you plan to drink or designate a DD. Please drive responsibly.
If "and guest" is listed on your invitation, you may bring a plus one. Due to venue capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
As much as we love your kids, this event is for adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
Dinner will be buffet style, so no need to make a selection. If you have concerns around specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to Kendall or Dan.
Yes! Both the greenhouse & the barn are temperature controlled so we can dance the night away without sweating too much.
