The whole event will be outdoors. Right now the forecast indicates mid 60s during the day and 50s in the evening. Heaters will be available but please don't forget to bring a jacket as well!
We have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the Hyatt Palm Springs, see the schedule below. You're also welcome to take an Uber or Lyft directly to the venue, but please arrive no earlier than 4:00 PM. There is no parking on the premises.
There is free street parking all around the Hyatt Palm Springs. Boarding windows in the front lobby are as follows: TO THE VENUE: 3:30-3:45PM FROM THE VENUE: 9:30-9:45PM

We'll be keeping the party going at an airbnb after the venue kicks us out. Two shuttle buses will make a stop at the afterparty location after the reception.
ASAP! April 6th is the weekend before Coachella so hotels+airbnbs get booked up well in advance. It's best to book now to save on rates.
We have a hotel room block for guests at the Hyatt Palm Springs. Once that is fully booked, you can still try to book regularly at the Hyatt without our discount code. For all accommodations - shoot for downtown Palm Springs within the 92262 area code so that you can easily get to shuttle pickup/dropoff.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you've received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we've decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a mini getaway!
