Please arrive at the Panorama Quad Chairlift at the base of the mountain no later than 4pm.
Cocktail attire required. For Men, button downs and dress pants at a minimum (no t-shirts, jeans, or shorts). No white dresses. Make this a night to remember! (Ladies, if you wear backless shoes please be cautious while on the chairlift to make sure they don't fall off!)
Yes, the chairlift is safe! If you are nervous or need assistance getting on and off the chair, let the lift attendant know and they will slow down the lift or pause it for you. The lift attendant will also notify the attendant at the other end so they can do the same as you get off.
To ensure an intimate and uninterrupted ceremony, we respectfully request that all cell phones and cameras be silenced and put away during the ceremony. We will have photographers and videographers capturing the moment at all times. Feel free to take photos before and after!
We love kids, however, this will be an adults only celebration.
The names on your invitation and your RSVP form through this website will indicate if you have a plus one.
Dinner will be buffet style. The menu selections will be finalized and posted here as it gets closer.
Please specify any dietary restrictions on your RSVP form and we will be sure to accommodate.
Yes! There is a large parking lot just steps away from the main chairlift and lodge.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held within the Main Lodge at Gunstock Mountain. Any updates on ceremony location will be posted on this website before the event. Additionally, when you RSVP, please provide the best email and phone number to reach you at so we can update you of any changes on the day of.
We are so grateful for you to travel up to New Hampshire and would've loved to have everyone stay at the same place, however we were unable to find a nearby hotel that could accommodate a room block to our needs at reasonable rates for everyone. Please visit our "Lodging" tab for recommendations on nearby places to stay.
There will be no transportation after the reception. Please drink responsibly and ensure you have a designated driver to get you home safely.
