Are you registered? Where?

Answer

As we enter our marriage, we realize that we have enough belongings. In lieu of gifts, we ask that you donate to our honeymoon fund. We are excited to share our special day with you, and we also look forward to providing glimpses into our honeymoon when we return. Click the "Registry" tab at the top of the page. Thank you!

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Hays-Mcdonald Farm in Jefferson, GA. Address: 1145 West H Hays Road Jefferson, GA 30549

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you are coming by July 6th but NO LATER than July 13th. If you are bringing a plus one or any children please let us know so we can ensure there is enough seating.

Is there an inclement weather plan?

Answer

If all goes well, we will have the ceremony outside of the barn under the shade of trees. If there is bad weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the barn. The reception will be inside the barn as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As you come in the venue, there is a gravel road that leads you to a guest parking lot. If you are handicapped you may be dropped off at the barn, but please do not park at the barn. Vendors may park next to the barn only to drop off or pick up items. If you need any assistance on the day of, please contact Beth (listed above).

What should I wear?

Answer

Smart casual. Jeans & Boots ok! (Think of what you would wear to church or easter. It's a little dressy, but casual.)

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet style BBQ dinner which will consist of jalapeño cheddar cornbread bites and Korean BBQ meatballs, pulled pork, smoked chicken thighs, cole slaw, macaroni, green beans, and bourbon pecan bread pudding for desert.

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

Out of respect for sober guests, and to make sure everyone gets home safe, we will not be serving alcohol at our wedding with the exception of champagne for toasts.
