Things To Do

Backwoods Crossing

6725 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32308
, (850) 765-3753

This is "our place." We went here on our first date on February 1, 2018. Ever since then we have been back when one of us won a bet, many celebrations and this is where we got engaged. Enjoy this farm to table menu surrounded by fresh vegetable gardens.

Bradley's Country Store

10655 Centerville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32309
, (850) 893-4742

Twelve miles from Tallahassee, a pleasant drive out Centerville Road, beneath a majestic canopy of oak trees and Spanish moss, is Bradley’s Country Store. Enjoy a cold bottled coke with a hot sausage dog. Do not forget the yellow mustard. It's Hayden's favorite part.

Downtown Thomasville

144 East Jackson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792
, (229) 227-7020

The "City of Roses" offers a plethora of local stores and restaurants. Some favorites are Sweet Grass Diary, Jonah's and Moon Spin.

Fire Betty's Arcade Bar

1122 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303
, (850) 329-8113

Located in midtown Tallahassee, enjoy cold drinks and arcade games for a fun night out. This bar, although not in the same spot, brought many memories to us. This is where we partied late after we met and made many bets on air hockey and the drag racing game. Have fun and do not forget to wager a date night of whatever the winner wants sponsored by the loser.

Fish Camp at Lake Iamonia

12062 Waterfront Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32312
, (850) 228-7115

Take a drive over to our local watering hole located on Lake Iamonia. This is the lake we take the boat out on and relax with snacks. Hayden will fish, while Kelsey tans in the back with a book. Nellie also enjoys the wind in her ears. We always make a stop here to grab a meal, a cold drink, and listen to live local music. If you can, stay for the sunset! You won't regret it!

St. Mark's

Saint Marks, FL
, (850) 925-6121

St. Marks is one of the oldest settlements in North America and is believed to be the third oldest in the new world. Enjoy the beauty of this land by walking or riding the trails, and visiting the lighthouse. We had one of our early dates here by the lighthouse. We packed a picnic and watched the sun set. When we got engaged, we just knew this was where we had to take our engagement photos.
