Discount Code: WEBHAR There will be shuttle service to/from the hotel and venue. Shuttle schedule: The following pickup times from the hotel (shuttling to the venue) are scheduled: 2:15pm 2:45pm 3:15pm 3:30pm 3:45pm 4:00pm 4:15pm Shuttle services will resume to take guests back to the hotel starting at 9:15pm. Pickup times from the venue (back to the hotel) are as follows: 9:15pm 9:45pm 10:00pm 10:15pm 10:30pm 10:45pm 11:00pm 11:15pm There will be a shuttle sign up sheet, located at the front desk of the hotel, for those leaving the hotel/coming to the venue (during the 3:15 to 4:15pm time slots). Please keep in mind that not all guests will be able to fit on the last available shuttle. Please spread out between the last few trips.
