*IMPORTANT* Beginning in May 2025, air travelers are required to have a REAL ID or passport to travel within the United States. Please make sure you have either one of those if you plan on attending!
We always check out flights leaving from Albany, Newark, and JFK. Newark and JFK have non-stop options most of the time. San Diego airport is the closest airport to fly into. However, if you are feeling adventurous you can fly into LAX or Vegas and drive the rest of the way or hop on another short flight!
The venue is located about 40 minutes from San Diego Airport. We will stay at The Mission Pacific at the Oceanside Pier from Thursday to Sunday. Other recommended hotels include Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier, SpringHill Suites, or The Brick Hotel. Any Airbnb or place to stay in/near Oceanside will do!
As always, the airport has a bunch of car rental places. However, we recommend checking out the app Turo to see if you can snag something a bit cheaper (and probably cooler). If you do not want to rent a car, there are lots of Uber and Lyft options also.
Transportation will be provided from The Mission Pacific hotel (right near the Oceanside pier) to the venue site. The ride is around 25 minutes. Hotel to the Venue: Shuttle 1: Departure around 3:30 pm Venue to Hotel Shuttle 1: Departure around 9:00 pm Shuttle 2: Departure around 10:00 pm (following grand exit)
While there is no formal dress code, in true Kelsey fashion, we hope guests will wear neutral colors (e.g., browns, grey, natural greens, black) with black preferred.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Please specify all food allergies when you RSVP.
There is a large parking lot located at the venue site. You are welcome to leave your car overnight, though all cars must be picked up the following day between 10 am - 12 pm.
If you plan on having a few drinks to celebrate, please bring your ID for bar service!
