Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP!! But if you need more time we totally understand. Please make sure to RSVP "Yes" or "No" by May 1st 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes. This weekend is the same as Father's Day and the Big Rock Tournament. We are lucky that are hotel blocks off a certain amount of rooms for our wedding guests but if you would rather have an alternative stay, do so earlier rather than later :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation to RSVP will be noted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a link to the Beaufort Hotel block list which is first come first serve as they have additional weddings to accommodate for that weekend as well. I will say the Hotel does require a 2-night minimum. Many cheaper Airbnb options do not require a minimum stay and you will still be close to the property and have a parking lot on-site for your convenience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:15 pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot that guest will be able to park right across the street from the Hotel. It is within walking distance :)
