A shuttle from the venue will be running from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will pick up at 3:30 and 4:00 For drop off after the ceremony the shuttle will run at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00. If you would like to drive to the ceremony and plan on taking the shuttle to the hotel you are able to park at the venue. Please be advised they ask you to move it away from the venue side and there is a gate that will close and will NOT reopen before 8:30am Sunday morning.

This is the hotel that the shuttle will pick up and drop off at before and after the wedding. To help accommodate guest we have blocked out rooms at this hotel! When booking, use the name Kelsey McCallister wedding for them to locate the block.

This hotel is near by as well, but please be advised the shuttle will not pick up and drop off at this hotel. You will have to drive to and from the wedding. The shuttle will only pick up and drop off at Seasons Inn and Suites Highland where we have a block at.
