What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, we do request that you do not wear the color lavender/lilac as that is reserved for the bridal party.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoors, the only outdoor event is the dessert party on Saturday night.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We highly recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting, make sure to give yourself enough time to get ready to party!

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We are asking our guests to put their phones away for the ceremony, we would love for everyone to be present with Blake and Kelsey on their big day. After the ceremony ends and the party begins, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like! If you post on any social media please use our hashtag #BecomingBohannon. We will have a QR code prepared for you to upload photos for everyone to see!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Preferably, please RSVP by January 5th. You can RSVP through the website on the homepage, or you can RSVP via the invite.

Are the wedding day events at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Wedding pavilion, which is a short drive within the same resort to the cocktail hour and reception.

Where do I park?

Answer

The wedding pavilion at the Grand Floridian has its own parking lot, and we ask guests to park there.

Should I bring my kids?

Answer

We are highly encouraing all family to attend if possible.

Yes, it is located on our website.

What time does the wedding ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 12 PM, so please arrive 20-30 minutes early to find a parking spot and a seat to witness their big day!

Is there a shuttle to the dessert party?

Answer

There is a shuttle that will leave at a specific time once that shuttle leaves it unfortunately will not come back to pick anyone up, we are stressing the importance of being on time for the shuttle. If you do happen to miss the shuttle you will need a ticket to Epcot to join us at the dessert party. We are waiting on more details about the shuttle at the moment.

No, you will not need tickets.

What will the weather be like?

With Florida you never really know what the weather will be like, we are hoping for a bright sunny day with beautiful weather. Please make sure to check the weather leading up to the day to stay in the loop.
