What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Tropical Formal — think formal, but mixed with beachy, bright colors. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suit jackets and slacks, summer prints, and fun accessories encouraged! Taken from Brides.com: Women: A dress, suit, or jumpsuit all work for a beach formal wedding. Opt for tropical prints, bright colors, and breathable fabrics. Consider wearing a formal pair of heels. Men: Wear either a suit or a long-sleeved shirt and tie with a jacket and slacks. A summer suit is a perfect solution. Consider a breathable fabric such as linen, khaki, or seersucker. Dress shoes or a nice pair of shoes that compliment the slacks are required. Shorts and sandals are not permitted.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?
Answer
This is a semi-outdoor wedding, taking place on a rooftop pool deck, with limited indoor space available. No need to dress for sand or direct sunlight. The average high/low temperature on October 1 in Fort Lauderdale is 86°/73°. Expect beautiful weather!
