Question

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked at a few hotels in the area. More information on hotels and booking can be found on the "Travel" tab.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We will provide transportation to and from the venue. The transportation will be picking up guests at the hotels listed on the Travel Page (Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn Express, Best Western). We are working on a timeline for the transportation pickup and will make sure all hotels have up to date plans. More information on the hotels and a map of the hotels is available on the Travel page.

Are there Ubers or Lyfts?

Answer

According to the employees at Kent Island Resort, there shouldn't be much of an issue with finding a ride before or after the wedding, or throughout the weekend!. We want everyone to enjoy the wedding and celebrate safely, so if you choose to drive to the venue, you can leave your car at the venue overnight.

How far is the venue from the hotels?

Answer

The hotels are a 10 minute drive from the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, and the reception indoors.
