Some of the best food in the city! Kitchen Social is a go-to date night for us. You have to try the cheddar & scallion biscuits. There a two locations but make sure you make a reservation ahead of time because they book up.
If you're looking for a nice steak dinner-- look no further! The Avenue is one of Tyler's favorite places to eat. There are two locations in the city.
Everyone thinks of corn fields when they think of Ohio.. but did you think of giant concreate ears of corn? Field of Corn is an art installation in the city of Dublin. The installation consists of 109 concrete ears of corn positioned in rows and standing upright in a grassy field. A silly place to check out as you head to Bridge Park.
The Columbus Zoo is one of our favorite places to go! There are tons of animals to see but don't forget to see Tyler's favorite the bears!
Graeters is a Columbus classic with multiple locations and soo many flavors to try. Our favorites are the peanut butter chip & black raspberry chip.
Short North Arts District is full of shops, dining & bars centered on N. High Street. You are bound to find a great place for a dinner and drinks. We have added some of our favorites below!
North Market is a 145-year-old vibrant public market made up of Ohio’s best independent merchants, farmers, and makers. Come hungry because there is a little bit of everything to try inside!
With four locations around the city (including inside of North Market), Hot Chicken Takeover is a Columbus staple! Enjoy some delicious fried chicken and sweet tea.
With locations all over the city, Condado's is known for building your own tacos. There are dozens of options to choose from but don't forget to get some queso and margarita as well!
Traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist-- Martini is a great spot for a nice dinner. Our favorite menu item is the pennette alla vodka with chicken.. trust me you'll love it too!
Forno is one of Kelly's go-to spots. Whether you go for happy hour, dinner or brunch their food is always delicious. They have a large variety of pizzas that are great to share with the table.
The Eagle's menu is full of southern classics. You can't go wrong with anything you choose but you have to get the spoonbread.. you'll thank us later!
Northstar is a great place for a quick and easy meal. There are quite a few locations to choose from around the city. Check them out for either breakfast or lunch.
Goodale Park is located in the Victorian Village area and an easy spot to walk to from the Short North. It is a beautiful place to take a walk and enjoy the fresh air.
German Village is known for charming brick houses built by 19th-century immigrants. There are many places to check out-- The Book Loft with thousands of books, traditional fudge at Schmidt's Fudge Haus, a few art galleries, German pubs, American bistros, and artisan coffee shops. Schiller Park is a beautiful place to take a walk and grab some lunch at Brown Bag Deli.
The conservatory is about two miles from downtown and a great place to spend some time at during your visit. There are various rooms filled with all types of flowers.
