Due to safety concerns related to COVID19, we have made the decision to postpone our wedding celebration at this time. We still plan to exchange vows on 08/01/2020 and hope you all will celebrate with us on that day in spirit! We hope to reschedule for some time in 2021 when it is safe for us all to get together. Yes...we met online. It was love at first swipe! Sort of. On their first date, Kevin almost hightailed it out of there when Kelly said “Aren’t the Crew leaving soon?” after she noticed Kevin’s prominent Crew flair. But, thankfully she quickly recovered and they bonded over their mutual love of murder shows (and Kevin really upped the romance level by “pinky swearing” not to be a murderer). Not one to be easily creeped out, Kelly agreed to a second date and the rest is history!

Kevin knew of Kelly’s love of all things fall (did anyone say pumpkin spice?) and planned for an autumn proposal. His plan to pop the question the Saturday before Halloween got a bit thwarted after a book club brunch turned into an OSU football watch party, which turned into tacos and margaritas with friends. As luck would have it, Monday turned out to be the perfect fall day. After a long day at work, Kelly finally got home and walked in the house chatting away on her phone. She almost spoiled everything by walking out the back door while on her phone, but Kevin saved it and kept her inside until she finally hung up (which for Kevin was longest phone call in history!). They finally brought the dogs out outside to enjoy the evening on the deck and there she saw the perfect fall surprise- a pumpkin carved with the best question ever!
