Kelly and Augie's story began over shared interests in seafood, puppies, and finding a partner for life. By dinner's end, they'd casually conferred on the topics of politics, family, religion, trust, love languages, and monogomy. They each had their snifeyes on the prize. With the seriousness out of the way and the second date planned before the first had ended, they could enjoy the journey. And they enjoyed the journey together -- the fun of the city, and of new friends, and of shows and dinners out, and of excursions to wine country and kayaking and whale watching, and of tours of strangers' homes, and of aimless walks and unplanned date nights. "Are you sure you can trust this guy?" her family asked when just a couple months in, Kelly and Augie planned to visit the Big Trees for the weekend. "I do!" she said, "But we should ask the kids". He passed the kid test, and nowadays, she's greeted "Where's Augie?" when he's not in tow. They talked about making their own family in a house with a yard and a doggie named Doggie. They invented a new love language they called Snifusala that only they can understand, and can they understand it? They got their doggie named Doggie, who's the most perfect Snugaboo (you'll see). And she said "Yes!" So now you're all invited :) And they'll live happily ever snifafter.
