When should I RSVP by?

All RSVP's will be required by 3rd March 2025.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, they are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. We are considering a babysitter for later in the evening once the meal is finished, so that we can all enjoy ourselves, please let us know if this interests you or if you plan to make alternative arrangements.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Should you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and so this can be passed onto the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The venue have confirmed that cabs and Ubers can be difficult to get in the area. To make things easier, we have arranged a bus to pick up and drop off guests from the Coolum area. There will be a number of pick up/drop off locations which will be based on where the majority of guests are staying.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Should you opt to not come by the bus organised, there is plenty of onsite parking at the venue and only a short walk to the entrance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are quite a number of accommodation options in the Coolum area, such as: ~ Coolum Seaside ~ The Beach Retreat Coolum ~ Coolum Caprice ~ Endless Summer Resort ~ Coolum Beach Resort

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 2.30pm so please allow enough time to arrive and get settled before the bride and groom arrive. For guests arriving on the bus, the pick up time will be communicated closer to the day and will have you arriving with plenty of time to spare.
