Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
We are providing transportation for all attendees. A shuttle will be picking up all guests at The Courtyard by Marriott and the Hilton at 3:15pm. This is for all individuals attending the rehearsal and/or the rehearsal dinner. The venue will be open for all those attending the rehearsal dinner but not participating in the rehearsal. Bar service will be available at that time. Dinner will take place in the wine cellar directly below the bistro. There will be a full plated dinner as well as passed appetizers. Cash bar will also be available.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be taking place outside on grass so please keep this in mind when deciding on footwear.
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place in doors. Additional menu details can be found under the FAQs. Shuttle service will be provided from both hotels. The shuttles will be picking guests up at 4:45pm. There will be no additional shuttle times so please plan accordingly.
