Our Welcome Event will commence at noon on Friday, October 6th and our Goodbye Brunch will end on Sunday, October 8th around 2 pm. See our Schedule page for more information.
If you're able to fly into the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, do that. It is only half an hour from Paso Robles where our hotel block is located. If you are planning on spending a week before or after the wedding in either Los Angeles or Monterey, we suggest flying into LAX or San Francisco respectively, and planning to book a rental car for transportation.
A shuttle will be provided for the Wedding, picking guests up from the Best Western Plus Black Oak in Paso Robles and returning them to the hotel at the end of the night. The Goodbye Brunch will be held in Paso for our guests' convenience. We are unable to provide transportation to and from the Welcome event and Rehearsal dinner so if you wish to attend please plan arrangements accordingly.
The hotel block is arranged for the entire weekend, beginning on Thursday the 5th and ending Monday the 9th, so our guests can take advantage of all our events and everything the area has to offer over the course of the weekend.
