This event is a 3 part Wedding Event on 10/23. First, our guest will arrive at the Welcome Reception where you will be greeted with hors d'oeuvre and a small selection of wine and champagne. Our guests will then be transported via golf carts to the Beach Ceremony on the same property. After the Ceremony our guest will go to the cocktail hour where we will be serving additional hors deserve with an open bar. Following the cocktail hours will be the seated reception. Please note all events will be at the same hotel resort. Any transportation needed will be pre arranged for all guests.
Yes, we are providing Mercedes Sprinter vans for transportation. The current schedule is 4 hours on 10/22, during the ceremony and reception on 10/23, and four hours on 10/24. Please reach out to my assistant Brooke at 910-874-3092 to coordinate your flight with our transportation schedule. Brooke will also be able to answer any questions you may have and if you have any special transportation request.
At the reception, we will provide a four course meal with a seafood display appetizer. You will be able to select your food selections after we send out the invitations on our website. Please note when selecting food choices on our website to include any food allergies or food preferences. Our menu will have meat choices of Steak, Chicken, various Seafood.
The best way to describe this area during late October is Indian Summer. You will be very warm in the daytime and usually windy in the evening. I would definitely bring a jacket or some long sleeves for the cooler evenings. The weather during late October is upper to mid 70’s during the day and mid to high 50’s at night.
