Question

When do you need my RSVP?

Answer

Sooner the better please! If you lost the RSVP card just shoot us a text and we'll mark it down accordingly.

Question

What is the address for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Everything is located at Spring Hill Pond located at 117 Pond Rd, South Berwick, ME 03908. Ceremony will begin at 4:30 and the evening will take us to 11PM.

Question

Who should I tell if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please let Colin and Keith know by September 1 so we can inform the vendors of the allergy and what accommodations are needed. Dinner has gluten, dairy, shellfish, meat but we can make accommodations if we are made aware of them.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a school bus pickup at the Homewood Suites at 4PM. You may still drive there and take the bus if you'd like to not worry about driving after the wedding. You can also leave your car at Spring Hill Pond overnight if you have too much fun.

Question

Can I still buy a gift that is not on the registry?

Answer

Absolutely! Whatever you think would be perfect is just that, perfect!

Question

Are children invited to wedding?

Answer

We will be having children at the wedding but also want to make sure you have some adult time too to just let loose and have fun. We know a lot of our friends have kids and a babysitter isn't easy to get so just let us know if you need to bring your kiddos to the party and we'll be sure to have a kids table.

Question

Will there be an after party? or a farewell brunch?

Answer

There is no after party scheduled since it's still a Sunday, albeit a holiday weekend. That's why we bumped the night of partying to 11PM to give us some extra time! We do not have a farewell brunch scheduled, we actually have our newest niece's birthday party to go to!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A bit of both, weather permitting. The ceremony is planned to be outdoors on Spring Hill's beautiful property. It will be on grass and is a short 50 yard walk from the parking lot. Cocktail hour is inside and on the back deck overlooking the horse farm. Dinner and dancing will be inside.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Fall in New New England is completely unpredictable so you it may be sweltering hot or it may be frigid. Wear something that is comfortable but don't forget it's still a wedding and a fun opportunity to look good for the camera.

Question

About the bar... asking for a friend

Answer

We know who our friends are and know we like to party. There will be a full open bar with liquor, wine, seltzers, and beer. Spring Hill will not serve visibly intoxicated people so please drink responsibly but enough to give you the liquid courage you need to tear up the dance floor.

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding? What about posting on social media?

Answer

We would love for you to take photos just don't forget to live in the moment and enjoy our special day with us. There will be a QR code placed around Spring Hill for you to do a photo dump so we get all the photos too. If you do post them to social media, tag us!
