Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Where should we park?

Answer

Guests are welcome to park in the hotel lot free of charge.

How do I select a meal choice?

Answer

When you RSVP for the Reception, there will be a drop down option next to each guest’s name with meal choices.

What about little ones?

Answer

Children between the ages of 2-10 will be provided chicken tenders and fries. Please email keilahm13@gmail.com if you will need a high chair at your table.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Each meal will include dinner rolls, a garden salad, a vegetable and a starch. Please be sure to select your choice of protein when you RSVP.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Guests that arrive late will be asked to wait in the lobby.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by August 10th. If possible, any last minute cancellations or meal changes should be provided no later than August 25th.

How can we book a stay from the room block?

Answer

Please contact the bride or groom directly to receive the room block reservation link.

What if there are no more available rooms at a discounted rate?

Answer

If you would still like to reserve a room at the regular rate, you are welcome to do so as long as there are available rooms. Management may be able to accommodate a discounted rate depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed outside of the room block.
