MRY is definitely the favorite to fly into. It's only a couple miles away from everything and offers good rates for a regional airport, oftentimes better than the bigger, farther airports. American Airlines has daily connections coming in from PHX and DFW, so you're likely to find a good flight into MRY. Otherwise, SJC, SFO and OAK are options in order of distance.
