Where should I stay?

Answer

Our hotel block information is listed under the travel tab. There are also plenty of affordable Airbnbs in the Houston. We recommend staying in the inner loop (the area inside the 610 loop) near Montrose or The Heights if you plan on exploring Houston. The inner loop contains a multitude of fun bars, restaurants, activities and museums.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

You did need a vehicle to get around Houston. Lyft/Uber is available throughout Houston. It’s best to get car rental quotes and figure out which option is best for you.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

There will be a welcome party for out of town family. An RSVP request will be sent for those invited.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

You can fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport or William P. Hobby Airport. George Bush Intercontinental is closer to the venue and is usually cheaper to fly into.
