4:30 - 4:45pm The ceremony starts at 5pm

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire! The ceremony will be on grass - choose your footwear accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

While we do love all the kids in our lives, this is an adult only party.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Come say hello the night before! While this is not a hosted event we will hanging at the Torpedo Bar & Lounge inside the Newport Harbor Island Resort. Please see details in the 'Schedule' tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free self serve parking in the parking garage and lot to the left of the hotel. You must get your ticket validated at the front desk or with our wedding hostess Susan in the ballroom. If you are interested, valet service is available at the entrance of the hotel for a fee.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Caroline and Andrew are providing transportation directly to and from The Quality Inn. The venue is about 10-15 minutes away from The Quality Inn. To the party: Transportation pick-up from The Quality Inn is at 4pm. From the party: Transportation will start at Newport Harbor Island Resort at 10pm with the last run leaving Newport Harbor Island Resort 11:15pm.
