Is there going to be food?

Answer

Yes! Chips, Guac, Salsa, a Fajita bar, & of course, wedding cake!!

If it rains, is there a second location for the Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If it rains, please make your way to Spirit of Hope Lutheran Church in Parker CO for a 5pm ceremony & return to blackbear golf club for food + reception :)

When should I RSVP by?

Sooner the better! (: But we would love to know for sure by June of 2024 to finalize all details.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love for EVERYONE to be here but our venue site has a very specific limit on the amount of people. So, unless your date is on our invite list, kindly accept our request and please don't bring them.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Arrive by 4:45pm(ish) to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire :) “Cocktail attire is meant to bridge the gap between day and night,” explains bridal consultant LauraLee Baird. “It is still an occasion to dress up, but a full-length gown is not necessary.
