Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please reach out if you are looking for babysitter recommendations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, no ties necessary. The ceremony will be outside in winter! Please bring a jacket, feel free to wear boots, etc. We want you to feel comfortable the whole night, so if that means a pair of bean boots for the ceremony and cute flats for the reception, so be it!

What if there is a snowstorm?

Answer

Welcome to New England in winter! When a major storm is coming, you almost always have 3-4 days notice. Guests staying at Whitney's Inn will be offered a "storm rate" so they can arrive earlier to avoid any travel problems.
