One of our favorites from our engagement photo session.

Our very first picture together on our first date. Little did these two young lovebirds know this would become the spot where Will proposes just 4 years later.

Will proposed at our spot just as the sun set...truly a romantic. (And yes, Kayla was happily surprised!)

Our photographer just said, "3-2-1, now jump on his back!" Kayla is laughing because they almost fell over into the apple trees.

There's also two apple orchards at the wedding venue - obviously Kayla was obsessed with this because she loves apple pie almost as much as she loves Will.

They say that if you kiss your significant other under the bell tower at Augustana College then you're bound to get married - the legend is true.

We are standing on the main stairs at Augustana College where we started our college journeys separately and ended our journey together.

Will came to all of Kayla's band and orchestra concerts, so it was only fair that she went to his baseball games. (Despite not knowing anything about baseball, she loved watching him play!)

This is proof that Will attended all of Kayla's band and orchestra concerts - always so supportive.

Shortly after moving to Madison, we had to give kayaking a try! While we loved doing this for the first time together, we don't recommend tandem kayaking. LOL

I believe it was at this point that our photographer said, "Ok, Kayla. Gracefully drape your arm around him, but DO NOT choke the groom. We need him for the big day!"

We decided we needed to get cheese curds this summer day, so off to the Madison Capitol Square we went to find the best curds! (Spoiler: there's no such thing, they are ALL amazing in WI)

Will insisted that he and Kayla go jet-skiing on the 4th of July - 10/10 recommend (but ALWAYS wear more sunscreen).

In August 2023, we were feeling quite adventurous and decided to go to Devil's Lake. Forever adventure buddies! Pictured here is Balanced Rock.

She's the Mike to his Sully. He's the Sully to her Mike. What more is there to say? Happy Halloween 2021!

We booked our rehearsal dinner in November 2023 but couldn't officially book until we gave it a try. This is us waiting for dinner and we can confirm - the food was great!

We went to Kayla's holiday work party in December 2023 and between the two of us, we gave Christmas tree vibes. We know, we're super fashionable.

We celebrated our 5 year anniversary at an Italian spot in Madison in December 2023. Kayla asked Will for a nice photo, and well, Will had plans to be goofy. You win some, you lose some.

Grabbing dinner after one of Kayla's orchestra concerts. The concert was long, but we can both agree that the pad thai was worth the wait.

In October 2019 we were excited to ditch the chilly weather and head to Texas for a friend's wedding! It was so much fun, but Kayla really should have worn more sunscreen.
