Shuttles will be provided from the hotels to the ceremony starting promptly at 2:00 PM. Pick up at the Wyndham first, followed by the Renaissance Downtown. Following the ceremony, shuttles will be provided back to both hotels. Shuttles will be provided to Ballroom at the Ben for cocktail hour. Pick up at the Wyndham first at 5:15 PM, followed by Renaissance Downtown at 5:30 PM. Following the reception, shuttles will be provided back to the hotels every hour starting at 11:00 PM.
