Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15 to ensure you are seated. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, our team will kindly ask that you not enter the ceremony space and wait outside to join us for cocktail hour.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have chosen to have a limited bar with 2 choice beers, 3 choice wines, and our signature cocktails. No "shots" or "on the rocks" will be served at our wedding. The bartenders reserve the right to cut anyone off. It is a Wednesday night, no one needs to get shit-faced.

Question

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

All invited guests are listed on the invitation. Please be aware that alcohol and explicit songs will be present throughout the evening. If you would prefer to have a date night on us, please feel free and let us know that your kiddos will not be attending.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Our wedding will end at 10:30 pm. We are asking our guests to gather at 10:00 pm to say goodbye to the newlyweds for a sparkling exit.

Question

Can X come?

Answer

We ensured to properly address invitations in accordance to include the names of those invited to our wedding or listed a plus one option. Kindly refrain from bringing any additional attendees not included on the invitation as we are keeping our wedding intimate with those individuals who know us as a couple.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you dress in semi-formal, cocktail attire and please refrain from wearing white, shades near white, red, and bright or vibrant colors (such as neons). We will be dancing under the stars so please keep in mind the temperature of the evening.

Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at two hotels near our venue. They are first come first served. The location of the newlywed's stay will be kept private so as to enjoy the start of our marriage.

Question

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

We will send personal reminders if we have not heard back from you with your RSVP. If you do not RSVP, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend as there will be no seats or meals for you.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony which means no phones or cameras. We ask that you take the time to be fully present with us! We have hired a photographer to help capture our big day and we will be more than willing to share those photos with you. You are welcome to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception.

Question

Does the venue have any policies to be aware of?

Answer

There are a few things to keep in mind. *Guests are responsible for the supervision of their children. *Weapons and illicit substances, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited on the property. *Smoking or vaping is allowed in designated outside areas only. *Please refrain from bringing outside liquor on the property.
