Question
Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Olympia's Valley Estate in Petaluma, CA. We are so excited to share our special day with you on a beautiful organic farmstead!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that you arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We've arranged shuttles from the Sheraton Petaluma and Home2Suites that will arrive at the venue prior to the ceremony starting. If you're taking a shuttle, please be at the hotel lobby at either 2:45 or 3 pm to hop on a shuttle bus. It's approximately a 15-minute ride from the hotels to the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the back patio, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. The outdoor patio will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc.!

Is there parking onsite? Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
While there is parking at the venue, cars are not permitted to stay overnight. We are arranging shuttles from the Sheraton Petaluma and Home2Suites, so please feel free to jump on a shuttle to the venue!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are SO excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire, so no jeans please! Being a September wedding in California, fun colors and prints are encouraged (think, "country coastal"), and we ask that our guests avoid wearing white (including ivory, cream, etc.). Ladies, please be cautious of shoe choices as the ceremony will take place outside, and the venue is a working organic farmstead. Block heeled shoes, wedges, or flats are highly recommended!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Um, do you even know us at all?! YES!!! Drinks are on us, hangovers are on you! Please drink responsibly and take advantage of the shuttles we're coordinating from the venue back to the hotels.

Answer
We kindly request that this be an adults only event. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect this. We look forward to spending the day celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Question
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we don't get an RSVP back by August 28th, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we're required to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thanks for understanding!
