Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available. For the ceremony: Shuttle 1 leaves the hotel at 3:25pm Shuttle 2 leaves the hotel at 4:05pm We recommend taking shuttle 1 to ensure advance arrival to the ceremony. If you plan on attending only the reception, there will be another shuttle leaving the hotel at 5pm Return shuttles will be available throughout the reception & after.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. We suggest showing up by 4:15pm to give yourself enough time to park and find a seat.

Will The Ceremony And Reception Take Place Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to take place outside in the venue's garden (weather permitting). If Ohio weather strikes on our day, both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to relax and be fully present for our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure you see those photos as soon as we do! With this in mind, we ask that you refrain from photos or videos during the ceremony: Go wild for the reception!

Yes the venue has free parking.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have a full hosted, open bar during the reception, which will run uninterrupted throughout the evening on us! There is a no shot policy with our venue and the age restriction will be strictly enforced.

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little ones, we politely request no children.

Semi-formal.
