We're looking forward to seeing you all! To sum up a few things, the rehearsal dinner will be the night before the wedding, inside and with plenty of food. The wedding and everything it entails will be outside with walkway accommodations if the ground is really wet. Plus a back up tent if it starts to rain. It is still a semi-formal dress code but refrain from wearing super tall pointy heels for women! There is more information throughout the website and more answered questions under the FAQ tab.

Ceremony

Semi-formal (women should opt for block/comfy heels if wearing)

The wedding will be outside. We are hoping for a nice day but be prepared for adverse weather. We have a backup cover if the rain comes to a pour. Parking will be first come first serve at the property; carpooling encouraged! There should be enough spaces for everyone at the property however! Call or text Linda at 928-899-4133 for questions on parking. PLEASE GET TO THE LOCATION OFF OF PAULSEN ROAD THEN TO ROYAL VALLY ROAD. IF GOOGLE IS TELLING YOU TO GO DOWN A DIFFERENT WAY REROUTE SO YOU DO GO DOWN PAULSEN ROAD. THE OTHER WAY IS SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY.

Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Same venue as ceremony

A chance for everyone to socialize over bites and drinks! (open bar) The wedding party will be taking photos at this time.

Dinner and Dessert

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Same venue as ceremony

Buffet style dinner but we are asking for food preferences just to assess how much of each option to cook! Cake and assorted cupcakes; vegan options available
