Blaise and Katie met up at a local brewery over two years ago. Shortly after they met, they began to fall in love with each other and start their journey together. Blaise became a family man to Katie and her child Landon, who has grown to adore the father he has gained. They have enjoyed their journey together and are ready to make it forever. They are excited to begin a new chapter in their lives together.

Blaise and Katie were traveling together on a weekend trip to the Chicago area. He made a detour to Starved Rock National Park where they walked the beautiful trails. Blaise pointed out over the Illinois River and while Katie was admiring the view, Blaise dropped to one knee while holding the ring in hand and asked her to become his wife.
