Welcome Dinner

Casual Attire: denim, boots and a big Texas appetite are encouraged

*Children of our guests are welcome at this event. Please let either Faye Alperin or Randi Hedberg know by November 1st if your children will be joining us for BBQ! Approximate Drive Times Airport > Hotel Ella = 20-30min Airport > Salt Lick = 45min-1hr Hotel Ella > Salt Lick = 45min-1hr (traffic) Salt Lick > Hotel Ella = 30-45min (non-traffic) 4:30 PM Pick up - Hotel Ella Round trip transportation to the Salt Lick will be provided from Hotel Ella for all guests (whether or not you are staying at Hotel Ella) who have RSVP'd for this event by November 15, 2021. We will be dining at the "original" restaurant building located on the Salt Lick property. 5:30 PM Arrive - The Salt Lick BBQ Dinner will be served at 5:45 PM. We will have meal options for all our omnivore, pescatarian, vegan, and vegetarian guests. 7:45 PM Speeches 8:30 PM Depart - The Salt Lick BBQ 9:00 PM Drop off - Hotel Ella

Our Wedding

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns (floor length sheath, not ball gown) are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We want you to look and feel fabulous!

*Children of guests are not permitted at this event. We hope to see them again at brunch! 5:00 PM Please join us for some bubbly in the Pool Courtyard and Veranda located just outside of the Ballroom. 5:30 PM Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM in the Hotel Ella Ballroom. Bon Voyage Brunch

8:30 am - 11:30 am

Casual Attire: "Comfies" (as Mark likes to say) and/or travel clothes welcome

Join our family for brunch at Goodall's located at the Hotel Ella before you head home. *Children of our guests are welcome at this event. Please let either Faye Alperin or Randi Hedberg know by November 1st if your children will be joining us for brunch! *So we will miss brunch. Rest assured we will be thinking of you with sincerest gratitude, and wishing you a safe journey home.
