Can't wait to party!

We became social media friends months prior to actually meeting each other. The day we actually met I, Katie, was at the Owosso Muffler Man getting a few things fixed up on my vehicle when Kyle messaged me letting me know him and his buddy, Mitchell, were on their way into Owosso to go to Harbor Freight and wanted to know if I wanted to tag along with them while I waited for the car. I didn't have much choice to answer before they were already in the parking lot. So I hopped into a truck with a couple of strangers and the rest is history. Thank goodness it's good history!

Katie had just completed her last day of her EMT course and found out she passed both the written and practical exams. A dinner with the whole family had been planned prior to this to celebrate. Little did Katie know it would be more than that. Both Kyle and Katie's parents along with most of their siblings gathered at a local restaurant the night of the last day of class. Katie was greeted with congratulations from the family upon arrival. Once drinks and food were ordered, Kyle's mom suggested getting some pictures to commemorate the night. Unbeknownst to Katie, Kyle had planned the proposal and this was the ploy to set the scene. Kyle and Katie stood against the wall while her sister and his mom stood in front of them (also with a restaurant full of people) snapping photos and actually video was being taken as well. After a moment or so, Kyle dropped to his knee and let out the question with a beautiful ring in hand. Katie, very shocked by what was happening, did not comprehend what was happening at first but once she realized what was going on, she let out a loud yes! The whole restaurant cheered and clapped. Kyle pulled it off without Katie having the slightest clue. Best day so far and cannot wait to celebrate the big day!
