Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, so we suggest you arrive 25-30 minutes beforehand to settle in and find a seat.

Are children allowed?

Answer

This is an adult-only ceremony/reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We ask that you only bring who’s specified on your invitation. If the envelope of your invitation says “guest”, feel free to bring one of your choosing! Don’t forget to let us know if your guest can make it when you RSVP.

Ceremony location?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) at The Place At 534, West Farmington Ohio. If you need directions, visit our website’s Travel page from the menu.

What’s the parking like?

Answer

All parking is on-site at The Place and guides will be there to help with golf carts!

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please leave phones and cameras concealed and silenced during our ceremony. After that, you’re more than welcome to! We’d love to see your pictures 🤍 Don’t forget to tag us! - #Hodgins24

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The venue is semi-formal. Think: “Outdoor, spring-time, country wedding”. We know you will all show up looking your best and fabulous!

How will dinner work? What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We will have appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner will be buffet-style. OH and of course, CUPCAKES!!!!!!! If you suffer from food allergies, please contact us ASAP so we can make sure you have a safe and delicious meal.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

For out-of-town guests or those who want to stay at the hotel, we have a special discount link to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lordstown-Newton Falls/Warren. You can find that link and more info on our website’s Travel page.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair friendly?

Answer

Yes! All areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible and are on ground level/ one story.
