When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP and book your hotel stay through the travel agent by December 10, 2023. Remember, you need to book a flight separately and we recommend looking for flights ASAP!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, Secrets Maroma Beach is an adults-only resort, so leave the kids at home.
Question
What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Cancun, Mexico For airport transfers from the Cancun airport, we recommend using USA Transfers. The travel agent has provided another option but we trust USA transfers and you can get a great deal with you plan to travel as a group. Their information is on the travel tab of this website.
Question
About how much will the cost of a stay at the resort be?
Answer
In the travel section, our website from the travel agent is set up for everyone to reserve a room. On that website, click "request a reservation." You can then choose a room type, number of adults, and how many nights you'd like to stay to see the total price.

Can I book a room type that is not included in the room block?
Answer
If you'd like a different type of room from what is included in the room block, please let us know as soon as possible and we can work with our travel agent to try to get that room for you. We can't guarantee that other room types will be available, but will do our best to accomodate.

How much will transportation from the airport be?
Answer
The travel agent website also has these options, but a shared transfer is $43 per person and private transfers are $132 per vehicle. USA Transfers are private only and cost around $125 per vehicle.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There will be a bonfire on the beach the night before the wedding! More information will be given closer to the wedding date.

How will the group communicate at the resort?
Answer
Unless you have an international plan with your wireless carrier, you will not be able to use your cell service in Mexico. The resort will have good wifi coverage throughout. All Iphones will be able to send Imessages to one another, but anyone with an Android will not receive these messages. We will be setting up a WhatsApp group for all to communicate and share pictures/messages throughout the week. We'll have more details to come.
