Flight

George Bush Intercontinental (IAH)

IAH is located about 23 miles north of Downtown Houston between Interstate 45 and Interstate 69/U.S. Highway 59 with direct access to the Hardy Toll Road expressway. It's the busiest airport in TX and a United hub, and all major airlines will fly here. The rental car areas are located nearby with a shuttle from any terminal, and its an easy Uber / Lyft / Alto / taxi into the city.

Flight

Hobby Airport (HOU)

Hobby is located 7 miles southeast from downtown Houston, and is the smaller / secondary airport. Southwest will fly most flights here. You can rent a car here, and it's also an easy (and shorter than IAH) Uber / Lyft / Alto / taxi into the city.
