FAQs

Question

Will there be food and drink?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar in the suite with wine, beer and soft drinks. We will also have plenty of food available in the suite at the game. If you are craving something specific, we will also have access to any concession stand for what you may desire!

Question

When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by 4/28/23

Question

How do I get into the stadium?

Answer

We will send you ticket(s) for the game the week before the big day! We have the Bleacher Suite, so we recommend you enter from the gates by the bleachers (the outer line is for General Admission - this is the one you want to be in, NOT the inner Season Ticket Holder line). Please account for travel/parking time to the stadium and time for security checks at the gate entrance. This is the official info from the Cubs: Directions to the Bleacher Suite: The entrance into the ballpark for the Bleacher Suite is the Budweiser Bleacher Gate located at the intersection of Waveland and Sheffield avenues. After your mobile tickets are scanned, proceed to the left where those who wish to drink alcohol will need to have their ID’s checked to receive an over 21 wristband. Upon entering the ballpark, head up the ramps located directly inside of the gate. Halfway up the ramp, you will see a set of glass double doors to enter the Bleacher Suite. Each guest will need to show their mobile ticket to the Wrigley Field associate located outside the doors.

Question

What am I allowed to bring into the stadium?

Answer

We do still have to follow rules and regulations of Wrigley Field. Information about what is allowed in the stadium and other rules can be found here: https://www.mlb.com/cubs/ballpark/information/guide#p-content

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

We have limited VIP parking passes for the Cubs lot. Please reach out to Jeff or Kathryn if you will need one. Since it's a day game, you don't need permit parking until 6pm. If you park on the street, please park in permit 383 if you are planning to stay past 6pm. See Kathryn or Jeff for a street parking permit for area 383.

Question

Can we bring gifts to Wrigley?

Answer

While we appreciate the thoughtful gesture, the bag size limitations at the stadium prevent bringing any gifts to the event. We are planning to have a card box in the suite.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're getting married at Wrigley Field! Wear ballpark attire or casual clothing (no White Sox or Cardinals gear allowed in our suite!).

Question

What time is everything happening?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be at 1215pm (so aim to be there at 1200pm :) ). Please refer to the schedule page on this website for additional details.

Question

Can I bring a "+1"?

Answer

We would love to invite as many people as possible, but there are a limited number of tickets for the suite. We kindly ask that you not bring a plus one if they are not listed on the invitation/RSVP list. If this is an issue, please feel free to reach out to one of us.

Question

What are people doing after the game?

Answer

For those who would like to have more drinks after the game, we know that finding a bar with space available can be difficult after a Cubs game! So we have an option at Happy Camper. We have the Beer Garden area reserved from 530-830pm for those interested in attending. All attendees must be 21 or over.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

See the travel page for some ideas for nearby hotels. Kathryn & Jeff are staying at Hotel Zachary. We do not have a room block anywhere.
