Kat showed this restaurant to Eric and his parents and everyone absolutely LOVED it! Make sure to make a lunch or dinner reservation ahead of time. This is a tasting menu restaurant but you get to choose from a few options and it is SO worth it!
Another amazing spot for lunch or dinner! Some of the best oysters Los Olivos has to offer. It's the same owners as Bell's but right in town in Los Olivos (walking distance from Mattei's) and some amazing sea food options.

Eric's parents, Ellen and Tom, are old friends with Bob! Bob used to be an executive at Sony but decided to pursue his passion for baking bread about a decade ago. Suffice it to say we are all OBSESSED with his breads and pastries - there will be some at the wedding. But don’t take our word for it, go try Bob's yourselves! 10/10 for breakfast or lunch!!! (There is a second location in Los Alamos if you find yourselves there.)
For our guests who might like to get their hair done or get a quick blowout, Halo Salon is right in town. We recommend making an appointment ahead of time!
Tucked away in Happy Canyon, appointment-only visits at stunning Grassini Family Vineyards offer a transporting tour of the property, which includes a pond framed by live oaks.
Craving some new western clothing or accessories? Maybe you just really need a new pair of cowboy boots or hat...the friendly staff here will take care of you. Head to Jedlicka's right in town. Eric could spend all day there!

Just a short 10 minute drive from Los Olivos is the "Danish Capital of America," Solvang. Experience a slice of Danish culture in Solvang, California, where you can enjoy authentic food, wine, shopping, and entertainment. Stroll down Copenhagen Drive tasting Aebleskiver and other Danish pastries, or sampling wine in the shade of windmills. Solvang is a sun-soaked slice of Danish culture in the Santa Ynez Valley, where California wine cellars mix with European bakeries and shops. It’s where you can drink, dine and shop like a Dane without ever leaving the California sunshine. Explore our wineries, boutique shops, or ride the Solvang Trolley for a full tour of the town.
Charming, family friendly spot serving Danish eats including the famous aebleskivers, a Dutch jam-filled donut!
