When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to finalize our plans in time, kindly RSVP on the site by February 14th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm EST. Please ensure you are arriving 15-30 mins in advance in order to settle in ahead of the start time.

Can I bring a date, or my children?

Answer

If you have a plus one option (additional guest or children), it will be designated on your invitation, and in your RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests beyond our invited friends and family.

Do you have any accommodation recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend booking an Airbnb near Picton, or one of the many charming boutique hotels on the island. We have also secured a block of rooms in the nearby city of Belleville if required, please see the "Travel" section on this site for more information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely - please include this information as part of your RSVP.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from our accommodations to the venue?

Answer

We will provide shuttles from the venue to your accommodation starting around 9:30pm, until 12:30am. Please include your accommodation information in your RSVP if interested, so we may accommodate. We will not have arranged transportation to the venue, but there is plenty of parking available on site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to dress Garden Party Formal attire for our celebration. Please note: weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors.

Where do I select my meal choice?

Answer

Instead of a set meal choice, all guests will have the opportunity to enjoy our custom four-course, farm-to-table family style dinner. Please note any allergies and dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Will there be any open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a fully stocked open bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
