We’re getting married!!!!!

We met through mutual friends in high school. It was the summer of 2016 when we met. I (Kat) went over to my bestfriend Eric’s(best man) house and John, Eric, and another one of our friends were there. We all hung out for days and skateboarded around most of the time. I was so lucky to have went over to his house that day!

I(Kat) had just gotten out of work. I was “supposed to be dropped off at my moms so my sister and I could hang out. Well my sister texted me “hey I’m running a little late but I’ll be home soon” so John and I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood to kill some time. We stumble apon this adorable set up with rose peddles on the floor in a path leading up to a tent with stud under it. As we got closer I could see pictures of me and John in a frame under the tent. At this point I thought it was going to be some cute secret Punic he planned for our 5 year anniversary. He then tells me to close my eyes and that he has another surprise for me! I closed my eye and he starts leading me to the back of the tent and spins me around a few times then takes off my blind fold… I open my eyes to see all my friends and family gathered around me. I then turned around to see John on one knee and the sign behind him saying “will you marry me” I was in shock I laughed nervously and started to cry as I told him yes of course I’d marry you!!!!
