Katelyn and Tyler met in 2017, having their first date at Legends Brewery. After 5 years of dating, Tyler finally popped the question at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in May 2022! Staying true to their Richmond roots, they chose to tie the knot at Linden Row Inn.

In 1816, the property where Linden Row Inn now stands was an enchanting garden known for its roses, jasmine, and linden trees. It’s in those gardens that Edgar Allan Poe played as a child and went on to mention in his famous poem “To Helen”. He even courted his life-long love, Elmira Royster, in those beautiful gardens.
