Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Dillon and I have thought through the guests needing a plus one! If you have any questions on if you have a plus one option or not, please reach out to 423-681-3466! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be a semi-formal event, and we kindly request that our guests dress accordingly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best. We ask that our guests refrain from wearing white, cream, or denim. Please note, the ceremony has some grass you may have to walk through and some sharper women's heels will sink into the grass. We can't wait to celebrate with you and share this special moment in our lives.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed. As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by using the RSVP section and responding that you cannot attend. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make necessary adjustments to our plans. On the other hand, if you are able to attend please RSVP by 06/30/2024 so that we can provide our vendors with an accurate headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience. Thank you for your understanding and prompt response. We cannot wait to see you on our big day!

Can I take photos or bring my cell phone?
Answer
We are thrilled to have you join us for our wedding day and wanted to let you know about a special request we have for our ceremony. To help us keep the focus on the love and commitment we are making to each other, we kindly request that you do not use your cell phone during the ceremony. If you have an Apple Watch, we ask that you refrain from wearing it during our ceremony. If you do want to wear it, we ask that they are silenced during the ceremony time.

When should I arrive at the event?
Answer
We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time which is 6:00 pm. This ensures that guests will have some time to mingle and get seated.

Is there parking at the event?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking at the venue.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We wanted to let everyone know that the ceremony will take place outdoors. Tennessee River Place has beautiful scenery located right on the river. We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but please be aware that if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony we will move the ceremony indoors to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. The reception will follow after the ceremony and the reception will be located indoors. There is space to walk around outside, if you choose to do so.

Is there a music request list?
Answer
Dillon and I have worked on songs that we want played at our reception. We plan to have a DJ that will select music to suit everyone as well. We understand that some of our guests may have different tastes in music, we will allow for our DJ to take requests from our guests at the time of the reception.
